A. Easy! Just visit our shop found at the top of every page.; Once inside you will be able to check out the newest and most innovative designs in streetwear. When you find the items you want simply click “add to cart” and follow our easy checkout process.
Q. If you don’t have my size can you get it?
A. We will certainly do our best to try! Please contact us with any size requests, we will get that information to you immediately.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Keeping your private information safe and secure is our highest priority. BoBizzo.com is VeriSign secured and tested daily.
Q. How do I pay via PayPal?
A. PayPal is a secure service that enables you to send money to BoBizzo from your checking account or credit card. To sign up for a free personal PayPal account, please visit their website: www.paypal.com.
Q. How much will my shipping costs be?
A. BoBizzo always offers FREE shipping on any order over $50 shipping inside the Continental United States. Orders shipped Internationally over $75 will receive a 50% discount. Any order under $75 will be calculated at the time of checkout. International orders over $250 are shipped for free!
Q. Where is my delivery? Can I track my package?
A. We ship faster than anyone. Guaranteed! BoBizzo will package and ship your items within one hour of the time you placed the order, no exceptions. We will send you and order confirmation and tracking information immediately via email.
Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?
A. Yes, we ship worldwide. Our international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or Express Mail.
Your shipping charge will vary based on the weight and destination. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Your package will be subject to customs and or duties charges. BoBizzo is not responsible for these charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges in advance.
BoBizzo tries to minimize these charges by listing the “wholesale” cost of your order on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs.
We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce customs fees. This is an illegal practice that we do not participate in.

Q. Do you stock your inventory or is it drop shipped from the manufacturer?
A. Customer service is our number one priority, we stock 100% of the items in our store. This allows us to ship your item NOW.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may return and item within 14 days of receipt as long as the item is unworn and in it’s original condition.
You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. The item must be unworn and in it’s original condition.
Returned items that are not in the original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No refunds or store credits are available for sale items.
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
